New partnership with the Care of Children with Special Needs Association in Nablus
”It’s such a beautiful feeling to bring laughter to others! And there’s something truly special about how laughter helps them heal. From the very first day, meeting these children was incredible. They instantly connected with us, as if we had known each other for years”.
This was the perspective of our healthcare clowns, Dr. Sumaa’ Abu Lamaa (Adnan Bobali) and Dr. Shadi Abu Manshar (Moutasem Abu Hasan), during their first visit to the Care of Children with Special Needs Association in Nablus. This visit marks the beginning of a new partnership with RED NOSES Palestine (RNPS), with plans for regular visits in the future.
These visits will help children with disabilities to accept the treatment through humour and joy.
This visit is part of “Humour gives hope: Strengthening the mental health of vulnerable children & adolescents in Palestine through health clowning” project, funded by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Social Affairs, Health, Care and Consumer Protection (BMSGPK).
