RED NOSES Palestine Delivers an International Workshop on Partner Collaboration at the RNI’s Annual Camp
Daoud Totah, Artistic Director of RED NOSES Palestine (RNPS), delivered a specialised workshop entitled "Partner Collaboration" during the annual camp organised by RED NOSES International in Lithuania, bringing together healthcare clowns from RED NOSES International branches around the world.
The three-hour workshop focused on the importance of effective communication between partners, active listening, and the role of timing in actions and responses during collaborative work. It also explored methods for building trust and strengthening cooperation between partners in order to achieve the best possible outcomes.
The workshop included a series of practical exercises designed to enhance participants’ understanding of their partners and to encourage mutual support that leads to stronger performance and better shared results. It also emphasised the importance of setting aside time for communication, reflection, and professional development through discussion and evaluation after working together.
The workshop was part of RNP’s participation in the annual RED NOSES International camp, which also celebrated the graduation of eight healthcare clowns from RNPS after they successfully completed 476 training hours within the RED NOSES curriculum.
The graduation ceremony took place in Lithuania with the participation of representatives and newly graduated healthcare clowns from the eleven branches of the RED NOSES International Group.
The participation of our healthcare clowns and the delivery of this workshop were supported by RED NOSES International (RNI).
