RNPS and The Palestinian Circus Launch Support Sessions at Nahda Women’s Association
RED NOSES Palestine (RNPS) and The Palestinian Circus (PC) Launch Support Sessions at Nahda Women’s Association as Part of the "MARAH" Project
RNPS in collaboration with the Palestinian Circus, has launched a series of Relief Sessions aimed at empowering mothers of children with disabilities through creative and non-traditional tools. These sessions not only provide practical techniques but also create a safe, supportive space for caregivers to express their emotions and share their experiences.
Today, our healthcare clown Christine Hodali, alongside Artistic Trainer Mohammad Taqatqa from The Palestinian Circus, led the first session at Nahda Women’s Association in Ramallah. The 10 sessions will focus on teaching mothers how to use humour and circus arts to strengthen communication with their children. The sessions will be concluded with a performance dedicated to the children and their caregivers.
It is worth noting that similar sessions are also being held at two additional rehabilitation centers in Ramallah: Jasmine Charitable Society and Star Mountain Rehabilitation Center.
“MARAH” Project is part of the Innovation Fund, supported by RED NOSES International (RNI) in cooperation with RNPS and PC.
