RED NOSES Palestine Wrapped Up Healthcare Clown Auditions

Over two days last week, RED NOSES Palestine (RNPS) hosted our Healthcare Clowns Audition at our office in Birzeit.

A vibrant group of young, passionate participants took part in the audition, led by our Artistic Director, Daoud Totah.

To explore their potential as healthcare clowns, participants engaged in a series of creative and interactive exercises, including improvisation games, physical theatre techniques, character development, emotion-based storytelling, expressive movement and clown logic.

These activities were designed to uncover their humour, empathy, creativity, and connection with others — key ingredients for becoming a RED NOSES healthcare clown.

This audition is part of our mission to grow our clown team and bring more laughter, joy, and human connection to new communities.
