Healthcare Clown Capacity-Building Workshops Continue at RED NOSES Palestine.
In December, eleven healthcare clowns from RED NOSES Palestine (RNPS) participated in two capacity-building workshops in Jordan, as part of the specialised professional training curriculum for healthcare clowns.
The first three-day workshop focused on improvisation, music, and magic, and was delivered by Tanja Rainalter, trainer from the RED NOSES International office in Vienna.
The second three-day workshop focused on the fundamentals of slapstick, music, and partner interaction, and was delivered by Ondrej Klic, a trainer from the RED NOSES International office.
Throughout the workshops, the trainers played a key role in reinforcing essential healthcare clown values, including true presence, the power of simplicity, improvisation, teamwork, and embracing repetition without fear.
These workshops represent an important step toward completing the required hours of the professional clown training curriculum—and, more importantly, they provided a space for growth, learning, and shared laughter.
Thank you to everyone who took part and helped make these workshops so special and inspiring.
